Capital proposes plan to ban cyclos in bid to clear conjestion

Ha Noi is planning to ban cyclos to improve its traffic. Speaking at a recent meeting, the Secretary of city''s Party Committee, Pham Quang Nghi, said vehicles that do not fit in with Ha Noi''s traffic plans would no longer be allowed.
